1. General Commercial Scope

• Interiogram functions as a wholesale dealer and distributor of interior construction and decorative materials, including but not limited to commercial and marine plywood, HDMR boards, flush doors, WPC products, laminates, natural veneers, fluted louvers, adhesives, and architectural hardware.
• The information, product specifications, catalogs, and images displayed on this website are intended for general B2B informational and inquiry purposes.

2. Inquiries, Quotations & Orders

• Quotations: Any price list, estimate, or quotation issued via our website forms, email, or WhatsApp is indicative and subject to stock availability, prevailing mill raw material prices, freight charges, and applicable GST at the time of order confirmation.
• Order Confirmation: Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until an official purchase order (PO) or invoice is confirmed, accepted, and payment terms are agreed upon by both parties.
• Bulk Supply Constraints: Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply to specific wholesale grades, custom-sized boards, special veneer flitches, or direct-mill dispatches.

3. Product Specifications & Natural Variations

• Technical Standards: We supply materials manufactured to applicable commercial standards (e.g., MR, BWR, BWP grade plywood, calibrated tolerances, and moisture-resistant standards).
• Natural Grain & Texture Differences: Products made from natural wood, including natural veneers and timber cores, naturally exhibit color, grain, and figure variations. Digital representations and photographs on this website are illustrative; actual delivered sheets may exhibit natural timber variations.
• Laminate & Surface Batches: Slight color or sheen variances can occur between different production batches of laminates, edge bands, and louvers. We recommend ordering the complete required square footage for a project in a single batch.

4. Dispatch, Delivery & Freight

• Logistics & Freight: Bulk material dispatch is coordinated via authorized third-party freight carriers, transport hubs, or arranged vehicle logistics. Freight costs, octroi, entry taxes, and local unloading charges are governed by the specific terms on your proforma invoice.
• Unloading at Site: Unless expressly agreed upon in writing, offloading heavy materials (plywood crates, doors, boards) at the project site or warehouse is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Transit Risk: Any visible damage, bundle shortages, or moisture damage incurred during third-party transit must be documented with photographic proof on the lorry receipt (LR/bilty) at the exact time of delivery and reported to us within 24 hours.

5. Inspection, Acceptance & Returns

• Inspection Timeline: The buyer must inspect the delivered boards, sheets, and hardware within 48 hours of arrival before any cutting, sizing, grooving, or installation begins.
• Processed Materials: Under no circumstances will returns, replacements, or claims be accepted for materials that have already been cut, resized, glued, nailed, polished, or altered in any manner.
• Wholesale Return Policy: Custom-ordered veneers, factory-cut flush doors, non-standard thickness boards, and special order laminates are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interiogram shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from site construction delays, labor costs, contractor installation errors, or structural misuse of materials.
• Proper substrate selection, structural framing, and compatibility testing (e.g., adhesive bonding, screw holding, moisture exposure) remain the technical responsibility of the project contractor, architect, or installer.
